Ms. Durbin’s passion for medicine and helping others made nursing a natural career choice. Inspired by exemplary leaders early in her career, she embraced leadership to bridge the gap between administration and frontline staff, ensuring every voice is valued. Among her significant achievements is her tenure as clinical operations manager at Eagle Highlands Surgery Center, where she collaborated with prominent companies, contributing to the center’s success while gaining invaluable insights and professional growth. She attributes her success to her empathy, which allows her to connect with people deeply and learn from diverse perspectives. Looking to the future, she envisions a key role in operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency and is considering launching her own consulting business to further impact the health care industry.
