Reflecting on her path, Ms. Johnson draws inspiration from her aunts, both nurses, and her experience caring for her grandmother, where she witnessed the compassionate care provided by nurses. She takes great pride in achieving a significant milestone by successfully completing a demanding dual master’s program while working full-time. She attributes her success to her relentless work ethic, long hours, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which has earned her admiration and respect from colleagues and industry peers. Looking to the future, she aspires to establish her own business and support Jacksonville University or Jacksonville State University through scholarships or donations. She also envisions starting a family, traveling the world, and continuing to make a meaningful impact in health care by ensuring patients receive the best possible care. In advising aspiring professionals, she emphasizes that “it doesn’t matter how many times you fail, get back up and keep pushing.” In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, singing, and dancing.
