Ms. Boudreau’s journey began as a trauma and general surgery nurse at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in 2004, followed by a transition to Cross Country Medical Staffing Network as a travel nurse in 2005.
Subsequently, Ms. Boudreau thrived as a mother-baby staff nurse at NorthShore University Health System until 2009 before excelling in various roles at the Saint Joseph Health System. With expertise spanning medical-surgical and progressive care as a float pool nurse until 2018, she eventually advanced to a house supervisor role within the same network. In 2019, she founded Boudreau Nurse Consulting, extending her services to attorneys and legal professionals by offering comprehensive expertise in reviewing legal cases, providing expert testimony, and developing essential case timelines and chronologies.
As a committed professional, Ms. Boudreau maintains active memberships in esteemed organizations like the American Nurses Association, the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and the Indiana Nurses Association. Looking ahead, she aims to expand her consultancy practice further while gradually transitioning away from clinical work. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace and fulfillment in spending quality time with her son, engaging in volunteer work at his school and church, and immersing herself in reading.
