Ms. Padilla is a distinguished professional who has excelled in her nursing career. She began her career as a bancassurance sales officer (BSO) for Sunlife Grepa Financial in the Philippines in 2013 before advancing to senior bancassurance sales officer, where she thrived until 2019. Between 2017 and 2020, she served as the chief nurse for Crisostomo Health Care Systems, Inc. After immigrating to the United States in 2021, she worked as a registered nurse at St. Joseph’s Candler Hospital between 2022 and 2023. After a debilitating back injury, she transitioned to specialized nursing at DaVita Kidney Care, where she continues.
Attributing her success to a passion for helping others, Ms. Padilla utilized this asset to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in 2005. In 2021, she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Centro Escolar University, subsequently garnering a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from St. Paul University in Manila in 2022. She participates as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, which she credits as the most influential membership of her career. She further dedicates time to the Critical Care Nurses Association of the Philippines.
