Company: Sacred Heart Home Health & Peace Harbor Home Health
Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States

Kathleen “Kadi” D. Gilbert, RN, a program manager at the Oregon Network, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Nurses for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of health care.

Driven by a longstanding dedication to community health care, Ms. Gilbert leverages two decades of expertise in her role as a program manager of client services at both Sacred Heart Home Health and Peace Harbor Home Health, which are senior living communities based in Oregon. As a registered nurse, her areas of expertise encompass case management, rural health and home care on behalf of clients. Having begun her career at a home health agency in Arizona, Ms. Gilbert subsequently went on to establish a daycare in her own home for several years, after which she returned to her nursing commitments and began to specialize in case management and clinical supervision.

Throughout the course of her career in this capacity, Ms. Gilbert is most proud to have provided access to care for marginalized individuals, many of whom were grappling with mental illness or home insecurity. A lifelong advocate for the underprivileged, she previously played an instrumental role in the opening of a health clinic in Ecuador and is currently working with various local partners to bring trauma-informed care to nurses in order to help navigate complex situations within the community. In accounting for her overall success, Ms. Gilbert largely credits her passion, as well as her stewardship over community health and wellness, which she hopes to improve through her various roles in the field. Looking toward the future, she aspires to establish a wellness center in Utah, which will prioritize natural healing methods and wellness.
