With many years of experience to her credit, Ms. Orpilla-Caraulia has excelled as a registered nurse with OneStaff since 2020. She previously served in the same capacity with Trustaff for 10 years and Adventist-Rideout for 10 years. She began her career as a nurse assistant for a plastic surgeon operating out of Hawaii. Beyond her primary responsibilities, Ms. Orpilla-Caraulia remains affiliated with such organizations as the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the California Nurses Association.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Orpilla-Caraulia pursued an education at Ventura College, from which she earned an Associate of Science in Nursing. She has attributed her success to the guidance and encouragement that she received from both her mother as well as her brother. Looking toward the future, Ms. Orpilla-Caraulia hopes to become a specialized medical-surgical nurse and participate in the surgical nursing program at Adventist-Rideout.
