An expert in public and community health, Ms. Frazier obtained a master’s degree in public administration from Long Island University in 1990 and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the same institution in 1989. Committed to staying informed on trends and developments in her field, she maintains a membership in the International Nurses Association.
Ms. Frazier exemplifies her commitment to her community through her membership on the Van Duzer Street Civic Association’s board of directors and her volunteerism at St. Paul’s Cathedral and with a local food bank. Her mother, grandmother and Maya Angelou are among her most influential mentors. Notably, she received the Marquis Who’s Who Distinguished Worldwide Humanitarian Award and is featured in the Marquis Millenium Magazine, Marquis Who’s Who in 2022.
