She oversees the daily operations of the main operating room at the children’s hospital and the hospital bridge.
Ms. Cardillo became involved in her profession because she was always interested in surgery. She would like to be an advocate for patients who are suffering from and have a medical condition that requires surgical interventions. Ms. Cardillo’s nursing and psychology degrees assist in being a well-rounded nurse in every aspect in terms of assisting her patients. In addition, she is passionate about helping people solve problems.
In the coming years, Ms. Cardillo hopes to start her own legal nurse consulting business, working as a mediator between the law and medicine. Her goal is to help people particularly those who are working in the nursing field solve their legal problems. She would like to be remembered for her qualities as well as her role as a team leader who leads by example.
