Years later, she completed a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, in 2020. Her academic achievements have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her field. Furthermore, Ms. Plaster holds a certification in rehabilitation nursing, which underscores her expertise and dedication to providing specialized care.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Plaster’s professional journey is complemented by active involvement in industry-related organizations such as the American Rehab Nurses Association, the North Carolina Nursing Association, and the North Carolina Rehab Association.
