Ms. Foret-Norman has contributed to her field through her written works, authoring “Finding Balance: One Woman’s Guide to Wellness and Motivation,” “Beatrice, the Balle-rhino?!,” and “Nana’s Pajamas.” She laid a solid educational foundation by becoming a registered nurse in 1993 and earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2019. In light of her impressive undertakings, she received the Commander’s Coin from Fort Huachuca in 2017. Reflecting on her path, after years in home hospice care, she found her passion for case management, balancing her family life with a career in health care. Driven by a desire to provide for her children, she is focused on completing her book “Finding Balance” and hopes to eventually establish a small farm or homestead.
