With 32 years of experience to her credit, Dr. Mannon has excelled in the field of health care, specifically in nursing. Currently serving as the founder of Stem Cell Clinic, Research Lab since 2023, she is responsible for providing cutting-edge treatments and advancing research in regenerative medicine. In this role, she combines her extensive experience in critical care and family practice to improve patient outcomes.
Prior to this position, she was active as a nurse practitioner and owner at Aspire for Wellness Together since 2021. She also served as a nurse practitioner at the Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine from 2021 to 2022, Prestige Medical Group from 2018 to 2021, AllCare Medical Centers from 2016 to 2018, Abrams Center for Women in 2016, and Interra Health Inc. in 2015. Previously, she worked as a critical care registered nurse for 20 years and as a nurse practitioner at Timeless: A Woman’s Institute.
Dr. Mannon began her career as a registered nurse in 1992. Before embarking on her professional path, she pursued an education at the University of Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1992. She continued her academic efforts at Concordia University, earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner in 2008, and concluded her studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2017.
Following these accomplishments, Dr. Mannon completed numerous certifications, including advanced practice registered nurse from the State of Florida Department of Health in 2015, critical care registered nurse, family nurse practitioner-board certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, certified yoga instructor and certified personal trainer.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Dr. Mannon has participated in civic activities such as volunteering for medical mission trips to Mexico in 2010, providing medical care at the Salvation Army, and volunteering at children’s free clinics and local churches. She also contributed as an adjunct faculty member at Nova Southeastern University since 2020, Keiser University in 2021, South University from 2017 to 2020 and Concordia University.
Dr. Mannon found success with her extensive knowledge in hormone replacement, weight loss, critical care, education and aesthetics. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations, maintaining her involvement in professional associations such as the American Nurses Association, the American Association of College of Nursing, Florida Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Nurses Association.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Dr. Mannon has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was recognized as one of the Top 100 Nurse Practitioners in the Country in 2022 and included in America’s Top Nurses in 2022. She received an award from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2015 and the University of Phoenix in 1986, along with various academic awards and scholarships.
Dr. Mannon attributes her success to her unwavering drive and the personal health challenges she has faced. In 2006, she was diagnosed with meningitis and later developed a rare autoimmune disease, which profoundly impacted her life. Despite these struggles, she views her experience as a gift from God, allowing her to grow as a health care provider and become a tireless advocate for her patients. The support of her husband and sons has been crucial in her success, particularly in starting her private practice.
Looking ahead, Dr. Mannon aims to maintain good health and expand her private practice, building a strong team of health care professionals to deliver exceptional care to her growing client base. Her advice for aspiring professionals is to remain resilient, stay driven and always put patients’ needs first.

Having navigated the healthcare system herself, she is deeply empathetic to her patients’ experiences and committed to fighting for their needs.
