She began her career as vice president of clinical services with a local company for 14 years. She established herself as the director of clinical operations at Healthsource Global Staffing, Inc. from 2009 to 2017. She garnered a stellar reputation as an independent healthcare consultant at Tammy Peasha, RN from 2017 to 2020.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Peasha pursued an education at Grand Canyon University where she earned an associate of science in nursing in 1986. She continued her academic efforts at the same, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2019. She is certified in customer service, specifically the handling of abusive customers, and is credentialed as a registered nurse.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Peasha has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She volunteered with the food pantry at her local church and with 4-H. She contributed as a donor to United Hatzalah. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and the American Hospital Association.

In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Peasha has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was selected for inclusion in Who’s Who Among American High School Students. Her decision to pursue a career in the health care industry was largely influenced by her parents, who were health care professionals. Growing up in such an environment, she has embodied the values of service, compassion, and empathy, which are integral to the health care profession.

In the immediate future, Ms. Peasha intends to contribute toward the growth of the company. She plans to work toward implementing effective policies, procedures, and practices that will facilitate the company’s expansion. Her ultimate goal is to help the company grow to a point where it becomes self-sufficient and no longer requires her assistance, allowing her to eventually retire and travel.
