She volunteered with the food pantry at her local church and with 4-H. She contributed as a donor to United Hatzalah. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and the American Hospital Association.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Peasha has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was selected for inclusion in Who’s Who Among American High School Students. Her decision to pursue a career in the health care industry was largely influenced by her parents, who were health care professionals. Growing up in such an environment, she has embodied the values of service, compassion, and empathy, which are integral to the health care profession.
In the immediate future, Ms. Peasha intends to contribute toward the growth of the company. She plans to work toward implementing effective policies, procedures, and practices that will facilitate the company’s expansion. Her ultimate goal is to help the company grow to a point where it becomes self-sufficient and no longer requires her assistance, allowing her to eventually retire and travel.
