She began her career as a registered nurse in the pediatric ICU at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from 2014 to 2019 before transitioning to the pediatric cardiac ICU, where she served until 2022. In her roles as a unit-based nurse educator and clinical nurse educator, she continues to elevate patient care standards while nurturing the next generation of nurses.

Ms. Pagnam attributes her success to her tireless work ethic and continuous pursuit of growth and improvement. In the coming years, she envisions expanding the cardiac program at her institution, leveraging her expertise to enhance patient care and provide training opportunities for fellow nurses. Outside of her professional endeavors, she remains actively engaged in her community, serving as a coach for Milford Youth Lacrosse and volunteering at the Milford Arts Council. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her patients serve as an inspiration to her colleagues and aspiring nurses alike.
