Ms. Kulbaka has a rich history, having worked as a researcher, physician, and pediatrician at the Research Center of Radiation Medicine in Kyiv, Ukraine, from 2000 to 2010 and as a Registered Nurse at the Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit at Baptist Medical Center. Her passion for healthcare has been a driving force throughout her life. Inspired by caring for her grandmother battling severe asthma, she aspired to become a doctor from a young age. Despite challenges, including immigration to the U.S. at 41 and language barriers, she dedicated herself to language acquisition and chose an accelerated nursing path.

One highlight of Ms. Kulbaka’s career is maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care in both Ukraine and the United States. Her love for people transcends geographical boundaries, and she remains committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to excellence. Looking ahead, she envisions using her knowledge to assist individuals, especially teenagers, in coping with mental health challenges.

In the coming years, Ms. Kulbaka plans to work with her son’s doctors and establish her own practice to address depression and ADHD, and she also plans to shadow a psychiatrist’s practice. Beyond her professional life, she is a wife to a recognized entrepreneur in the construction industry, and her children excel in diverse fields, including photography, construction, and athletics.
