Attributing her achievements to an unwavering passion for learning and mastering her craft, Ms. Faison utilized these skills to earn her Bachelor of Science in nursing and subsequently earned her Master of Science in nursing from Walden University. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also certified in orthopedic care by the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses. She has been recognized with the Nursing Excellence Award for Experienced Nurses by Sentara Obici Hospital. When she is not working, she dedicates her time and attention to learning Spanish, theatre, comedy, music, art, food, and traveling.
