Ms. Anderson’s commitment to education led her to serve as an Education Specialist at HCMC EMS Education from 2002 to 2022 while contributing as a registered nurse (RN) with Favorite Healthcare Staffing since 1999. Presently, she holds the esteemed position of lead RN educator at North Memorial EMS Professional Education, spearheading critical care courses and sharing her wealth of knowledge with aspiring healthcare professionals.

Ms. Anderson’s contributions transcend her career, extending into civic duties and mentorship roles. Active participation as a mentor and instructor in organizations like the Order of the Eastern Stars, Relay for Life, and the St. Paul Fire-EMS Academy reflects her dedication to community and education. Recognized for her exceptional contributions, she garnered prestigious awards such as the Preceptor of the Year Award at Regents Hospital, the Deanna Earl Award, and the Mary Piner Award.

Looking ahead, Ms. Anderson remains dedicated to advancing education standards at North Memorial EMS Education and nurturing future healthcare professionals with enhanced skills and knowledge. Her aspirations include continuing her role as an educator and mentor and guiding nurses and EMS personnel while maintaining a balanced life enriched by her family and career.
