At Brodstone Healthcare, she contributed as a staff floor nurse and a staff registered nurse from 1993 to 2000. Concurrently, she held the position of night charge nurse at Parkview Haven Retirement Community from 1998 to 2000.
Ms. Steinman was active as a staff floor nurse and a staff registered nurse at Bryan Health from 2000 to 2004. At Interim HealthCare Inc., she established herself as a PRN nursing staff support from 2005 to 2007 before transitioning to the role of advanced cardiac life support registered nurse from 2007 to 2009. She was further associated with CHI Health Nebraska Heart Hospital as a staff floor nurse and registered nurse from 2004 to 2012. She continued her career at Kaplan, Inc. as a nursing instructor in Lincoln, Nebraska from 2010 to 2017, in Monkato, Kansas from 2016 to 2021, and as a family practice nurse practitioner from 2016 to 2021.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Steinman pursued an education at Cloud County Community College where she earned an associate degree in nursing in 1994. She continued her academic efforts at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2006. At Walden University LCC, she accrued a Master of Science in nursing education in 2009 and then a Master of Science in Nursing in nursing family practice nurse practitioner from Registered Nursing, Kaplan, Inc. in 2015. She concluded her studies at Purdue University Global, graduating with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2017. She holds certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support, as a basic life support instructor, and is a licensed nurse practitioner.
In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Steinman remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Heart Association, Inc. In the immediate future, her goal is to teach and serve on a few boards after retirement.
