In preparation for her career, Ms. Stoica pursued higher education at Delaware County Community College, where she became a Registered Nurse First Assistant. In 2006, she graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science and a minor in biology. The same year, she completed an internship program with the Cardiac Rehabilitation Facility of the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, and in 2009, she earned a Registered Nurse diploma from The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences.
Ms. Stoica concluded her higher education in 2013 at the Kaplan University of Nursing, now Purdue University Global, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Alongside her formal degrees, she holds an ACLS Healthcare Provider Certification and a BLS Healthcare Provider Certification. Ms. Stoica became a Certified Nurse Operative Room (CNOR) in 2013 and a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) in 2021.
Since 2009, Ms. Stoica has contributed her expertise as a registered nurse at Reading Hospital. She has additionally held the role of a Certified Operating Room Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant with Tower Health since 2008, and from 2008 to 2009, she was a patient care assistant at Reading Hospital. Prior to her professional endeavors, Ms. Stoica gave presentations for Shippensburg University, the Mid-Atlantic American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
To keep abreast of her field, Ms. Stoica is a member of the International Society of Female Professionals, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses. During her education, she was named to the Dean’s List at Shippensburg University and the President’s List at the Kaplan University of Nursing. Ms. Stoica was also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and received a scholarship grant.
Ms. Stoica attributes her success to her dedication to her patients’ care and commitment to becoming the best nurse she can be for her patients. She has always wanted to help people and is driven to challenge herself. Among her career accomplishments, she is proudest of achieving her Registered Nurse license, which opened many professional opportunities for her. Alongside her career endeavors, Ms. Stoica raises funds for children with cancer, helps with food bank collections, and sends supply packages to people in Ukraine.
