A three-time recipient of the Cadia Star Award, Ms. Sartin has found success as a registered nurse with Cadia Health Care for more than a year. In this post, she administers medications, provides care, listens to her patients, and dresses wounds. She works in both the rehabilitation and nursing home facilities at Cadia Health Care. Ms. Sartin is happy to do any work that needs to be done. She previously contributed her skills as a registered nurse with the St. Joseph Medical Center.
Ms. Sartin attributes her success to her people skills and her higher education. She became involved in her profession because of her upbringing; her brother and sister were ill, and she watched how the nurses cared for them. She considers her work at Cadia Health Care to be the highlight of her career. As a nurse for more than 16 years with varied professional experience, in the coming years, Ms. Sartin hopes to learn more about pediatrics and complete a mission trip overseas to help address childhood illnesses. A devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ms. Sartin enjoys walking, driving to new places, eating at new restaurants, and spending time with her children in her spare time.
