Juliette Osborne, Complex Care Nurse Practitioner at Clover Health, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Nurses for dedication, achievements, and leadership in patient care.
Following obtaining an Associate of Arts in social science and an Associate of Science in nursing from Mercer County Community College in 2009 in New Jersey, Ms. Osborne followed with a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2010 from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in North Brunswick Township. She later returned to Chamberlain and earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner in 2019 and then completed coursework as a postgraduate psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
From 2011 to 2013, Ms. Osborne provided superior care as a registered nurse (RN) with NBN Group, a family centered home care agency, as a charge nurse with the State of New Jersey New Lisbon Developmental Center and from 2013 to 2016 as a centralized admissions coordinator/charge nurse with the State of New Jersey Division of Mental Health. She continued with the State Department of Health as a health care evaluator and nurse in Trenton from 2016 to 2017.
Ms. Osborne further excelled as an RN with Rutgers University Correctional Services at Garden State Youth Correctional in Yardville from 2017 to 2018. She completed a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) student internship with the Henry J. Austin Health Center in Trenton from 2018 to 2019, after which she served as an FNP with the Matrix Medical Network in Arizona in 2020 and the Henry J. Austin Health Center from 2019 to 2021.
Since 2021, Ms. Osborne has found success as nurse practitioner with PJO Health Services, LLC in Marlton, New Jersey and a complex care nurse practitioner with Clover Health in Lynhurst, in which she manages patients with complex chronic diseases within the home environment and telemedicine platform. In addition, she founded the Rev. Juliette Osborne Outreach Foundation. Ms. Osborne was ordained as a reverend minister by the DCI Ministerial Network in Hamilton, Ohio in 2018.
According to Ms. Osborne, her career highlight was being a child and servant of God and being a parent to her special needs child. Within her career, her achievement is being able to carry out her passion, making a difference to the least of God’s people. In coming years, Ms. Osborne would like to do more with her nonprofit organization and wishes to go state-to-state once a month and preach the Gospel of Jesus and give people hope.
