Title: Registered Nurse
Company: CSL Plasma
Location: Littleton, Colorado, United States
Sue Lundy, Registered Nurse at CSL Plasma, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Nurses for dedication, achievements, and leadership in blood donation administration.
Ms. Lundy certified as a Licensed Public Nurse in 2009 from the Denver School of Nursing and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2012 and has certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Following superior service as a medical assistant in family practice for 15 years, Ms. Lundy has excelled since 2021 as a registered nurse with CSL Plasma, a premier blood donation organization. As a medical staff associate, she assists in keeping the clinic running and monitors for “DAEs” or donor adverse events.
Ms. Lundy decided to become a nurse because she wanted to help people who are unable to help themselves. She finds her profession extremely rewarding, and especially likes working for the elderly. As a career highlight, she cites returning to school and earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing. In the near future, she would like to continue some of the homecare that she is currently providing for some of the people she is caring for, and to assist them when they are unable to help themselves.
