In her line of work, Ms. Sillars is known for helping develop a protocol for the apprehension and conviction of perpetrators of sexual abuse. Ms. Sillars gravitated toward this industry because she knew she could be autonomous and flexible while helping others. She earned a master’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner.
