Throughout her career, she has worked as an Administrator, Advisory Committee Member of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Henry P. Becton School of Nursing and Allied Health, Founder of AVTECH Allied Health, President /Owner of Nursing Network Institute, and faculty member at William Paterson University. During her spare time, Dr. Go enjoys giving back to her community, volunteering with United Way of Passaic as grant reviewer, and volunteering as a nurse through Healing the Children International.

Dr. Go holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which she earned in 2012. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. For her outstanding accomplishment and for achieving the highest education, Silliman University where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing awarded her as Outstanding Silliman Alumnus. Fairleigh Dickinson University awarded her as the most outstanding and distinguished alumni and inducted her to FDU Pinnacle Society. She was recognized by NJ League for Nurses for her contribution to the nursing profession. And for her economic contribution, community services, and for alleviating the nurse shortage in NJ, Dr. Go was recognized and awarded the 2010 NJ Best 50 Women in business by NJBIZ. She earned the Woman of Peace Award through the Women’s Federation for World Peace in 1999 for her work of helping poor children around the world.

Furthermore, Dr. Go was the recipient of the 2019 Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award which was announced in the Wall Street Journal. She was awarded by the New Jersey League for Nursing The Outstanding Nurse Role Model and Leader Award for her outstanding contribution to nursing education and profession. That same year, she was honored as the 2019 New Jersey Nurse Diva, which is the highest honor in nursing given by the New Jersey Institute of Nursing and New Jersey State Nurses Association for advancing healthcare in New Jersey and nursing leadership.  For her business success, Dr. Go was given The 2017 Nurse Entrepreneur Award by her alma mater, Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, she was honored as the Trademark Women of Distinction Honors Edition in 2017. The Philippine Nurses Association awarded Dr. Go the 2012 Entrepreneur Nurse of the Year National Award. The National Federation of Filipino-American Association presented her with the 2010 Outstanding Filipino Achiever in America National Award. As a testament to her success, these accolades illustrate Dr. Go as a committed nursing professional who is dedicated to helping improve the field and the lives of patients and their families.
